I had a superb experience to my car dealer Miss Jeni Koch. She was knowledgeable, approachable, patient in answering all my queries and not only that she treats you as a family as if I have known her for long time and knew just what I wanted. Her approached to us matters the most and she was totally amazing from the first time we met her till the day she handed over our car and until now she keeps on updating us and always reminding us to get in touch with her if we have further needs and queries. Her personal customer service is the best we've ever experienced. We will definitely recommend her and Flow Mazda Fayetteville.

We just purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-9 from Flow Mazda. Our sales representative was Jenni, she was phenomenal. She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. It was great not having to deal with a high pressure sales person. I highly recommend Jenni and if we could we would rate her service above a 5 star.

Carmen White helped us out alot and made us feel welcome and comfortable. She spoke Spanish with my wife and was able to explain everything she didn't understand. She put in alot of extra time and patience with my son running around screaming plus us being indecisive I think she did an amazing job. She worked with our scedual and didn't force us out the door when we had kept her pretty late. All in all she was the best and I highly recommend you ask for her, she will make you feel part of a Mazda family. P.S. she was very nice and friendly plus has candy at her desk

Yes you can. We can simply cut you a check for the difference or apply any negative balance to the next vehicle in most cases. Lastly, if you owe more than the purchase price we offer, but do not want to make a purchase, you can place that amount down owed in addition and walk away without a car purchase.
