My husband and I have anything but favorable credit at the moment, especially recovering from the COVID Pandemic. However, we still wanted a change from the current Nissan we had. Billy, our PHENOMENALLY PATIENT Sales Representative at Flow Nissan of Fayetteville, made it a wrap by the Grace of God and got us into a newer vehicle. We had more than a few dilemmas, only because of our issues. Time and time again Billy would not only wait until things were in order, but also give advice if able on how to rectify the problem. And if he didn't know how, the Nissan Team pitched in to help which I loved about the Dealership. And don't forget the Tea ( the Orange Tea was to Die for ) and Lollipops while you wait! I've been buying cars for 54 years; this was the best car buying experience I've had. My sales person was Mamie Rowe. She was very experienced, very knowledgeable of her vehicles. No pressure, explained how everything works on my new truck. Every associate I came in contact with created a very pleasant atmosphere. Probably a lot. They over charge for everything. I was going to get a tail light replaced. I bought my own lights. Instead of $50+ they were going to charge me $48. I went to Firestone and they charged me $13 usong their own light.
