There was some confusion about the fee breakdown & having the parts in, seem to have another issue since the repair, fees are definitely higher than the other 2 Kia locations I contacted for quotes, the service technicians that handled my vehicle was courteous and did return my call about the questions I had. The lady did admit she was helping someone else @ the same time while doing my quote. I was also told the labor fee is $135 a hour. She didn’t know why she had came up with my quote at first. I’m just going to continue to monitor the vehicle for issues not present before the repair. I know certain Kias have issues with oil, knock sensor and engine components so far. I really needed a repair for a scheduled road trip and the other shops were booked out. Hoping and praying the valve cover gasket and other items were done properly. There shouldn’t be an on going oil leak. In the meantime I'm nervous to drive too far as of seeing the smoke!

I would like to say Jen was awesome and service was great. Car arrived on Monday for recalls and a part would not be available for a few days. I picked up car on Wednesday and returned on Thursday because no rental or loaner was available. As a inconvenience they said they would detail my car to please make sure all items removed. I picked it up noon on Friday to find they only put armour all polish on my weather tech mats. REALLY!!! They didn’t wipe down inside or vacuum it, at minimum. See pictures below! At the end of the day, Kia didn’t have to say or promise me a detail, but they did and this is not a detailed service.
