My entire experience was wonderful. Abby Schmidt listened to my needs and wants and helped me find the perfect car. The car had absolutely everything I wanted. She provided me with updates. I received my car quicker than I anticipated. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

Elyse was the most helpful employee ever, 10/10 for customer service!!! Her attitude was professional the entire time! When bargaining for prices, she and the finance department were able to make it work and agree to a deal that was suitable for both parties. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I appreciate the staff cooperating with me and giving me all of my options, in the end I was able to walk away with exactly what I wanted. I absolutely suggest Elyse for your potential buying needs!

I had an appointment for an unusual sound coming from engine. Alex greeted me at the car. He was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately the repair was going to take longer than expected. He offered the shuttle and ensured I was aware of the children's area. The issue was quickly confirmed and he was able to research our warranty to discover the service would be covered. Our car was ready the next day several hours before promised. Alex was very helpful and professional throughout our entire service call. I would recommend the service department at Hendricks Toyota.

I'm told they have a loaner program for customer's with cars in the shop for maintenance.

My son bought a car from Toyota in November 2017. He had purchased gap insurance. His car was totaled in an accident. His regular insurance paid their portion, but his gap insurance left him with a 353.00 dollar balance. Why?!!!!!

His gap insurance was with Toyota. He did file with them. They paid everything on the balance except 353.dollars. Their explanation had something to do with his having drove the car for. 22 days prior to the accident and his next payment coming due shortly thereafter.
