My husband and I came into this dealership with an issue with another dealership, not only did they do everything in their power to help us solve that problem before helping us find a car , they sent us away with a vehicle of there to do it with. Noah our sales advisor and John the GM was beyond amazing id give them 50 stars if I could. I just absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about the entire team. The best service at a dealership to date. I had my appointment for Tuesday but asked to drop it off the day before. I came by Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised at the ample parking spaces open for customers. I'm used to everything being full and you have to sometimes even get creative just to park somewhere. I walked in and Debbie immediately greeted me. She was so nice and knowledgeable and wrote every additional info down that I could give her. I was in and out within minutes. Even before I was picked up to drive home, I already saw them drive my truck into, what looked like a secure area in the back. Seconds later my Chevy app informed, my truck was checked in. Loved this! A few hours later Debbie called me saying they already did a water test (my sunroof was leaking) even though my appointment wasn't until the next day. They have the part they need in Charlotte and it can get here by tomorrow, gave me an exact quote and asked if I wanted to go ahead. I did. The next day, around late afternoon, Debbie called me again telling me it was done and I picked it up the next morning, as I was too far away to make it there before they closed for the day. Not once did I have to chase Debbie or anyone down to get an update on my truck. She was on top of it all. We've been to dealerships in WA, OK, TX and now here. Every.single.time I had to call over and over again just to get an update and every time I had to almost fight someone just to park my car somewhere for service. Usually. When I had a morning appointment with a dealership but dropped it off the day before, my car seemed low on the totem pole and they often didn't even look at it until late afternoon, the day of my appointment. So believe me when I tell you, Powers-Swain customer service and repair service is a big deal. They fixed my truck and even removed the huge water stain the leak had caused. I won't go anywhere else.

Called for an overdue 5000 mi checkup and oil change. Nancy got me an slot that was 8:00 am Saturday. They got it done in just under an hour. Nancy is the best! Thank you for your outstanding staff. At the pay window the young lady was quick and very good in getting me on the road in a short time. Great staff! Give them all a pay raise!

This business allows you to choose. It's no longer mandated but I wore one the whole time.
would think it is a repair thst consists of multiple parts needed to.make your front end steer better and save on tire wear.. I would ask them to explain fully till you completely understand what it is and them call around and get quotes for the same device many private or local shops can do the same work much cheaper
Yes they do, because it would not be nice if they didn't, and pretty much all dealerships offer this service.
