I just needed an inspection today and was told by Ed’s Tire Service that it would be an hour and a half wait…far better than four hours that Firestone had quoted near the mall. It turned out even better because Ed’s knows how to efficiently make use of their time and to get their customer’s needs met! I only had to wait 40 minutes. Fantastic job, guys!!

Literally had one of the BEST experience with this place . Everybody there is knowledgeable and friendly but Bobby Jr is the one who set the bar above and beyond. Very upfront and gets the job done ! Amazing communication skills and knows exactly what he is doing. It shows that he is a mechanic who loves his job and actually wants to help people! The service was quick I was in and I was out , he told me everything I needed to know about my vehicle and educated me on what was going on . My first experience was a good experience. I spoke with Bobby, he was professional and friendly. I came in on a Friday to inquiry about the A/C service I needed. He gave me a quote and explained the process. I had an opportunity to leave my vehicle that day, as the service protocol is first come first served, but I was unable to do so. I returned early Saturday morning. My vehicle needed an additional part to complete the service. Bobby called me when the car was repaired, he honored the quote for the service, and gave me a reasonable price for the total amount. I am a satisfied customer with this service on this visit. I recommend this service provider.
