If you taken your car here and have doubts about work just take it to another mechanic, most likely work wasn't done. Took vehicle right after to Firestone and they confirmed no work have been done in car... Took my vehicle today to Mr. TIRE for an alignment, tire rotation and oil change. Was called to tell me oil change was done, but they tell me I need tire replacement. Told them had tires on order just to performed alignment. Called back about 2 hours later and was told car was ready. Look at tires and rims (car was dirty) not even a sign tires were removed. Look at tires (front ones show uneven ware and I have a plug on rear tire so I know location of each tire before hand) not rotated!!!. Went inside and told them. They LIED to my face, 2 mechanics told me they saw the other tech rotate my tires. Then I requested the print out of the alignment machine. Guess what, machine couldn't print out copy. My father is a mechanic and I have done plenty of work on vehicles to know when someone is laying to me... Well needles to say they finally agreed to refund money. YOU BEEN WARNED!!!

I love the workers here and no, noone paid me to say this. I always get my tire issues fixed here. They may have a big overturn of employees but everytime I come here the people are kind. What I actually love even though it has nothing to do with vehicles, is that they have little children's chairs and a coffee type table for them to sit at. I do suggest that you should have a little break area for the workers with the amenities like microwave, stove, sink, refrigerator. Its the small things that keep your employees happy. Also maybe have a tire rack to place more tires neatly in waiting room to give more space for storage. We as customers don't care to see them like decorations around the room.

Saviors! Angels! The absolute best! I can not express the level of appreciation I have for the people who work at Mr. Tire. I had a tire pop on me on my way home from church and I had to change it one the side of the road in 95° weather in my church clothes. Needless to say, I was not having the best day. I called Mr Tire about replacing my popped tire even though there were no appointments available for the rest of the day. They told me to bring the car in whenever I got the spare on. I’m not sure if it was my stained pants, ruined shoes, or the fact that I looked like I had be working out in the sun all day, but the people treated me so wonderfully They gave me cold water and told me to sit down while they took care of everything. They checked all of tires and fixed my popped tire for free. It made my day! They were the best and I recommend them everyone!

My wife was able to take our car to this store and she was talked to as a person, information explained so she understood without being talked down to or pressured, and was able to explain to me over the phone; the professionalism and customer service for this store is why we will always come back when we have tire needs.
