Ordered tire from SIMPLETIRE online and had it sent to C and J to install. They did the install and I requested for Wheel Alignment since I wanted to get everything done onetime at the same shop, which I truly regreted because their machine scrathed all four rims of my car. When I told them about it and even took my vehicle to them, they lied and claimed it was'nt their machine that caused the scratches to my four rims when in fact when I dropped off my car for tires installation, those scratches were not on the rims.

Went in to have my charger looked at because of it over heating. The guy ran an diagnostic test on it said it was water pump and thermostat payed over 700 to fix with over priced labor just wanted my car fixed! Took way too long when stated I had to work at an certain time but arranged to be dropped off at work. Finally they got done close to closing time on an Friday they aren't open on weekends so I left car over heated instantly after 1 hour I work 10 mins from shop. Took it back Monday and they ran another diagnostic test then said it's my radiator said they didn't notice it before how don't u notice something like that being an mechanic? Then tryed charge me another 800 for just an radiator and labor for My charger I took my vehicle to my own mechanic and it ended up being a coolant fan 😒

Prior to today, our loyalty was with C & J Auto, and had today gone differently we would have remained loyal, but we will NEVER be back. We went in on 07/15 at 0730 to drop off our STI for a regulator & motor for the drivers side window. We were informed it wouldn’t be ready until late afternoon which was no big deal…the afternoon arrived and we were contacted by a employee who wanted to let us know that the parts just came in and it won’t be done until tomorrow (07/16). Again it was no issue, and then today arrived…no call or anything so at 12:12pm we called them, we were informed that the parts that arrived were used so they sent them back and were having brand new ones delivered and they were going to get our STI fixed. We received a call about 15mins later stating they may or may not scratch the tint but they wanted to let us know just in case…which we appreciated. We went ahead and headed there since by the time we got there it would almost be finished if not already finished. Here is the kicker…PLEASE explain to me how you have mechanics who don’t know what they are doing? For you to come out to me and say that the mechanic who does know how to fix this, is busy so he can’t fix it….is absolutely ridiculous. You had my door completely apart my window out and everything yet you didn’t know how to properly fix it. So then why risk causing a bigger problem with a vehicle that doesn’t belong to you? You not only scratched my tint, but you couldn’t take 2 seconds to wipe all of your finger prints off my window. Clearly you don’t care about things when they aren’t yours, let alone keeping loyal customers. To say we are disappointed is a huge understatement, today spoke volumes and if this is how you’re running things now I promise you won’t last long.
