Giving 5 stars because I do not have anything bad to say, they were friendly and they fixed my AC in a couple hours of a walk in and boom, my kids faces aren't red anymore due to the heat! 😂

Yes they do. They do very good quality work and do it in timely fashion.
They will be able to diagnose and fix that issue. But will more than likely be an ALLLLL DAY event.
I thought that Precision Tune was nice, as I've patronized them off and on for 20 + years, until I recently took my 1987 Cutlass Cruiser there to have wires put on it, and their mechanic, Doug didn't secure one of them, which caused the car to run very badly. I went back immediately, and Doug was so nasty and mean to me!!!! He slammed my hood, flung my door open, and was very argumentative.. not professional at all. He didn't correct the problem, another kind gentleman, whose name I forgot fixed the problem. When I spoke with the manager, he was as nasty as Doug!! I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!
