I thought that Precision Tune was nice, as I've patronized them off and on for 20 + years, until I recently took my 1987 Cutlass Cruiser there to have wires put on it, and their mechanic, Doug didn't secure one of them, which caused the car to run very badly. I went back immediately, and Doug was so nasty and mean to me!!!! He slammed my hood, flung my door open, and was very argumentative.. not professional at all. He didn't correct the problem, another kind gentleman, whose name I forgot fixed the problem. When I spoke with the manager, he was as nasty as Doug!! I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!
They were always good to me and I brought my own part which kept the bill down and I never had to go back you can sit there and look through the window and see them working on your car unfortunately I had a car accident and my car was totaled September 15th
