So my boys needed a covid test to return to school..even though its HIGHLY unlikely they have Covid but anyway I get to the Minute Clinic and the nurse stomps her way to me and speaks to me like im the biggest bother of her time. WORSE experience of my life! Never have I been made to feel so little for accidentally going inside rather than automatically knowing procedure. If I could give 0 I would. Kindness is free...Do better!

I don't think the text notifications for the clinic's walk-in are accurate. I got a text saying that I needed to be present in 30 minutes for my appointment. I arrived on time but still had to wait over an hour because staff went to lunch right as I arrived. The staff are friendly, but the incorrect notifications took up a lot of my day when I already wasn't feeling well. Even if you get a notification that you are next in the queue, you should probably call to see when the staff are going on break, just to be sure.

Went in today for the very first time. I only waited 15-20 minutes to be seen. CVS is a great location for something like this, as you can buy entertainment and snack for while you wait. Once in the room with the NP, I was given undivided attention and she really took the time to get a full history and understanding. Typical offices feel rushed and they don't seem to fully listen. This was a calm experience in which I really felt as though I, as the patient, was valued.

Went in yesterday because I felt I'll after coming back from a vacation. The NP working at the moment was very rude and unprofessional. Aside from the illness that I was diagnosed with, I have a prior condition that I have been diagnosed with before to which I need an antibiotic to help ail. I've been able to get this prescribed here before, but the NP ignored my request this time saying she "felt uncomfortable" prescribing me this antibiotic as if I was looking to get high off it... AN ANTIBIOTIC! This place is over priced, with rude medical staff. I'd advise you to go somewhere else instead and avoid at ALL COSTS!
