Danny was very responsive, informative, and reliable.

My family has used Jarema since the 1950's. My cousin recently passed away and I was responsible for planning the funeral. Danny made it so easy I almost couldn't believe it. They take care of all the little details like contacting the cemetery, getting the death certificate, etc. Robert, the other funeral director was with me on the day of the burial and could not have been kinder. They're respectful and so kind and I couldn't recommend them any more highly. Thank you Peter Jarema for making it so much easier than I ever imagined.

I highly recommend the Peter Jarema Funeral Home. It was a hard moment in my life since my father passed away, the team made everything easier, organization was great. Everything was done 100% as we discussed, I didn’t have to worry about anything. I asked for help for a document I needed almost one year later and Danulo was so nice to help me with that. Celebrating your loved ones life with the dignity that they deserve with the Peter Jarema Funeral Home.

Best I’ve ever attended. The crowd/guest were lively, happy and fun. Can’t wait for the next time we have a gathering here.

You can catch the 6train to aster place. The L train to first avenue and the F train to 2nd Avenue. Also the N/R train to 8th street, those trains are 1 block from the 6@Astor place
Yes we are on the same block and same side as the church, closer to Ave A.
No sir, Theodore Wolinin FH closed in the early 90's, Peter Jarema FH has been in continued existence since 1906. At no point were the two business's combined or were the owners ever the same individuals. Is there something that I can assist you with?
Families can choose to have a viewing or not. Cremation containers are made out of cardboard. All individuals must be cremated in a container by law, whether it's a casket or cardboard cremation container.
