Our family used the services of Frederick Funeral Home in 2018, when my father-in-law passed away and once again in May 2022, when my mother-in-law passed away. At a time when our family was experiencing such raw pain and grief, Frederick’s responded with deep compassion and professionalism. Funeral home staff proved completely capable of handling all of our family’s needs. All aspects of planning were fully explained by knowledgeable, competent staff. No question or request was off-limits. Funeral arrangements and step by step planning were implemented seamlessly. From the Funeral Director Lucy, to the front desk staff, each individual was respectful and gracious. We found Lucy extremely thorough. Her quiet demeanor and genuine empathy were a comforting presence. She helped us navigate through this very difficult time as painlessly as could be expected.
