The staff at the 540A express care are extremely rude and disrespectful. From the Front Desk Receptionist to Diane in the Business Office. I'm appalled at the unprofessional behavior of these two ladies at this location. The fact that they represent watson clinic and this type of behavior is acceptable is sad. I've never in my life seen a medical facility operate in this manner. After reading all the other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. DO BETTER WATSON CLINIC.

02/03/2022 Went to express clinic with in-grown toenail. Requested assistance with removing and topical antibiotic. After filling out five forms, waited one full hour before heading to back room, only 3 patients for 2 active doctors during that hour. Waited in room an additional 45 minutes for the doctor to walk in and say they did not know how to assist with an in grown toe nail and was asked to leave. Missed two hours of work. It's basic textbook doctoring procedure. Do not go here! You have been warned. Jeffery C Karr DPM handled procedure in a few minutes.

I don’t just go to the doctor on a whim. Day 7 with a cough that kept me from working was the deciding factor to go. I loaded up on basic DayQuil so I wouldn’t cough a storm when there. Literally saw the doctor Tyree for less than a minute who was very dismissive. I guess it’s rough times for hospital staff. The DayQuil stops working quickly and my cough was bad, the dr said that was the best option and there wasn’t a better option. Also thought I came in for a COVID test. Crazy how you have to advocate for yourself these days (I didn’t). My other complaint is when I left I went to the desk for any checkout receipt and they said there wasn’t any. So I was clueless what the bill for the visit was. Apparently 135.00 to be told to take DayQuil. Definitely a waste of 2.5 hours.

If you're in a rush or have some sort of time crunch, don't come here. We were told a 3.5 hour wait. We are at the 2 hour mark and we still have quite an amount of people still ahead of us. They have no system to text us when they are ready for us. The seats are super uncomfortable. There is only 1 TV that is only playing the news. This is a family medical urgent care but there are no accommodations for kids. Just go anywhere else if you can. Especially if you think its urgent. This place's name does not match its service time. The people are nice and thats about all it has going for it.
