Rude and belittling from reception. Security is also a little much with the mask policy making you stand outside or hovering over umbrellas so she isnt hot by door remaining open. Watson Clinic then Took my money and then refused care to me due to not listening to what I was told to tell them by their own billing dept. The receptionist had major attitude and made little of my accident. Accused me of blaming a "year old accident" on my hurting arm. I later spoke to a supervisor who told me on the phone what i wanted to hear but never got back with me. I got better care from my own wellness center at my work then this place. They sent me to a neurologist, put my arm in a cast, and gave me a list of things to to care for my arm. Watson Clinic has no problem calling when you owe and handing you over to a collector, but they have a big problem answering when they owe you. I was very disappointed with the care here at the south side. I will not be back.

On Monday, June 6th, I went into the South Urgent Care for a second opinion after believing to be misdiagnosed on June 5th at the main campus. I felt terrible walking in after waking up with a high fever. This is the second time I've been to the South Urgent Care and I was once again impressed with your team and service! Everyone was so nice but Dr. Jarett Gregory was the best doctor I've had yet at Urgent Care South. He immediately saw how sick I was, did a chest exam, heard how wheezy I was, ordered for a chest x-ray and breathing treatment... He believed that I really was sick. He didn't rush or show signs of not wanting to be there. I believe based on how he was with me he really cares for his patients. He's such a great doctor and gave me medicine I asked for at the Main Campus but didn't get. I will be coming back to Urgent Care South in the future. Great staff, great doctors, great people. I'm still sick but there's big improvement in my health. I can breathe better, sleep better... I'm very happy with the service I received!
