Slow service and once again no dipping sauces for our sides even though it was noted on the receipt. Also, when I attempted to contact the store by phone when my husband got home with our food nobody picks up the phone. I filed a review on the company website. I just got home from the hospital on Sunday and I will be using a walker for the next eight weeks. I just wanted a small treat of getting Arby's. Very disappointing.

At 9:15ish P.M. on August 8th 2022 I placed an order and didn't receive what I ordered. I was charged for a 6 piece mozzarella and only got 4. I had 2 beef and cheddar roast beefs ordered and instead I got a plain roast beef and a cheddar roast beef. Gal at the window was rude. Plus there was an employee sitting on the counter next to the cash register. When I see lazy employees then I expect 100 satisfaction. That means they have completed their job. All in all, bad experience. Got charged for items I didn't receive. Plus didn't get the correct sandwich.
