I spoke with Cassidy about a mold situation at a condominium I was helping out with. He was extremely professional and they have their processes down to perfection. They were the only company that answered their phone on Saturday and I'm so happy they did. We got a price from Servpro of over $13,000. The process they were going to use would have taken a significant amount of time as well as involved an extensive process of removing popcorn from the ceiling, possible sheetrock replacement, as well as completely removing all of the clothing contents for laundering. I'm so grateful we got the second opinion from Mold Bros. They use a different process that does not require such evasive methods. Instead, they use a chemical that is used for cleaning dialysis machines in hospitals. The chemical is completely non-toxic and it permeates clothing, furniture, and even sheetrock. They treated the whole condominium in less than 4 hours and the cost was about 25% of the quoted price from Servpro. They provided an analysis after the treatment to be sure that there was no presence of mold. In addition to that, as part of the service, a third party company came out and provided a detailed report showing that there was no presence of mold. Literally all of the contents of the condominium are mold and bacteria free. This includes all couches, furniture, bedding and clothing. I'm highly impressed with Cassidy and the entire Mold Bros team! Everything they promised was delivered exactly as scheduled. If you have mold problems, look no further. I recently moved into a new property and due to a history of water damage I had Corey come out to inspect for mold.
