Poor personnel experience today with this location. The staff on Monday evening were fantastic and spoke very highly of their Weds night DnD tables. They said to just show up at 6 and join a table and then as tables fill they branch off and start new tables. Called the store this afternoon to double check on time and if any rsvp was necessary for playing DnD tonight and was told, "no, just show up at 6 and we'll find a table for you" Show up at 6 after making a 30 min drive to be told, "no, that table is full, I don't know what to tell you." Poor business when staff are not on the same page and don't give accurate information. If you're going to promote having a game, then first and foremost you should have the ability to accommodate those looking to come to play at your promoted game night. If it's not open play, then you should have it as an rsvp event so people know if there will be a table to play at. When you waste your customers time and fuel, why should a customer continue patronage of your store?
