My wife and I have been shopping at Rugs International for years. In fact All the rugs for you house (8) were purchased there over the years. Excellent service and fair pricing. Shawn knows his rugs, I'd come in with my room measurements and he would quickly let me know the available and best fit sizes. He is quick to point out the features of each rug type that make one more suitable than the other for a particular application (traffic level, durability, sizes, and price range) Normally we purchased smaller in-stock rugs, cash n carry. But our most recent purchase was for a large (12' x 15') hand made rug. Since it was Very large and Very heavy Shawn & his assistant delivered and installed it, Same day, on a Saturday, for Free! They didn't even charge for delivery, furniture moves, padding, or installation. They also shifted the old existing rug to a new location in our house and laid it down too.

Shawn the store owner initially had noted that the rugs we wanted was in stock only to find out the next day that the manufacturer just sold the last one. It was obvious that he was as disappointed as we were and proceeded to do everything in his power to resolve the issue. Today we have our beautiful rug and Shawn and one of his workers personally came out and installed it.
