Drove here between work to find out they're still only allowing one person at a time. One guy had been sitting for 15mins already when I had arrived. I had planned on buying but didn't know what I wanted. I like to see what I'm getting, what's on sale, and what it looks like. Then I saw some of the other's customers experiences regarding their customer service. It's sad cause I was excited and planned on shopping in here for a while, I was looking for somewhere to make my home shoppe. But maybe it's not meant to be. If they put that kind of energy into their business then it's in the meat and I will not consume low vibes

The attitude this guy presents really makes you want to go elsewhere. Only 1 person inside at a time? Other butcher shops seem happy to want you to come on in. Pre orders first? Clearly deciding at the last minute to get some delicious food is an inconvenience to him. Unless he can prove that he is actually butchering the animal himself, this is the same product that other local butchers carry, so you might as well visit somebody who wants your business.

We bought the scallops and the salmon from the section on the right when you walk in. They are already cooked. If you warm up the scallops in a pan on the stove with a little butter they are great. Just dont overcook since they are cooked already.
Choice is about $32 per pound and prime is about $42 per pound.
