Great experience with Carl Black Roswell service. I have booked the Oil change service through Groupon and scheduled the appointment for service, just enter into the service point and team greeted me and taken the details with car key for service, they asked me to sit in waiting area, had a free coffee and popcorn, called me after around 1 hr for car pickup, given customer pay invoice copy and mentioned with $0, performed certified multipoint vehicle inspection, oil change, filter change, and tire rotation. And advised the next service date with sticker.

I went to this dealer to look at an used car, they came out with an quote for the vehicle cost at and wanted to charge fees for a couple of things including accessories on an used car. As if they were the ones that installed it. “On an Pre-ownend car” I’ve never seen anything like it before crazy times making people charge for over ridiculous things.

Just bought a used 2014 MDX from them. The people in the store were very nice but the car we came to see had not even been cleaned. Even though Carl Black put that it was detailed in the car report. We waited 2 hours for them to "detail" it. The car looked worse on the outside than when we drove it. It's like they used Dawn to expose all the issues in the paint. Fingerprints and marks. I could have just taken it through a gas station car wash and got the same level of care. Even the salesman was embarrassed. Ofcourse though, he thanks me , hands me the keys and walks away quickly. I can't believe a dealership would be ok handing a customer the keys to the car looking even worse than when we test drove it.
