The location may be attractive for the greater LA area but don’t be fooled. The management is very unprofessional and don’t seem to care about their tenants. You will avoid major stress and headaches if you avoid this apartment complex. Neighbors get away with anything because the management is nonexistent.

Do not move here, extremely disrespectful people in the office, you report problems in your apartment and all they tell you “we will sent someone to take a look at it” they never do, no matter how bad of a problem you have. I have been living in this place for almost a year now never been late with rent, never missed any payments. (can’t wait for my lease to be over to leave this place) every time there is always something bad coming up in my unit. This place is literally falling apart every time it rains there is leaks everywhere from the hallways, parking lots to inside the apartments and all they do is break drywall and leave the apartment unit/ hallways as is, they tell you that they will get to the problem to find out they never come back to finish their work, extremely disorganized people. They say they fix the problem just to realize they never did anything to fix it. Avoid the headaches for the money you will pay here you will be able to find something better with much better customer service. They also will try to convince you to move in by telling you they will remodel the patio and do this and that but I been living here almost a year and they have yet to do anything. they waste their money in pointless projects that don’t benefit the tenants. Really dissatisfied and disappointed about service, quality, and most importantly respect from this place. This place doesn’t deserve a star 0 stars more like it.

Scheduled a tour with leasing office at 3pm and arrived on time with nobody there, there's a couple who also been scheduled at 3pm. We waited more than half hour, made countless calls but no answer. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They even drove all the way from long beach... If you're not trying to rent out the apartment just don't schedule any tour or post ads. Such a waste of time!

These apartments are highly renovated. The building is kept extremely clean and the ladies in the office are very professional. I would highly recommend this building to anyone who needs to be close to Downtown Los Angeles but wants to stay under $2000 for a 1 bedroom.
