Scott and Nelson are by far the best property managers I have ever seen. They go above and beyond for every resident. This complex is beautiful, well cared for, and we love it here!

I have been living at Pacific Rose for 2.5 years now. The manager here is great. He is one of the best. He is attentive, and cares about the residents. However, I have some gripes about the cheapness of the owner. There are some issues about this apartment that need to be fixed. There are some extremely cheap materials that need to be updated, but the owner of the apartments won't update it. For instance, this apartment is right near a very busy street with a lot of noise. The windows in the living room and kitchen are probably 20 years old. They are so thin that they shake when a truck drives by. My heater breaks probably every month. That apartment manager always comes and fixes it that day, but he can't really do anything more than spot fix it when it breaks, rather than replace it. My heater is around 40 years old. My ac unit in the kitchen is placed in the worst position it could be placed. It's placed in a spot that won't cool down the apartment at all, and it's an ancient and cheap ac unit. The laundry facility is probably the worst laundry facilities I've dealt with. This year alone the washers and dryers broke 3 times. It's April 4th. It can take weeks to be repaired as well. And there is not enough washers and dryers for the amount of apartment units. This is because the owner won't update the plumbing to handle more washers and dryers. None of this is the fault of the apartment manager, but it is the fault of the owners who won't update the apartments because they won't spend the money. If rent of this place was much cheaper, I wouldn't complain, but they do charge quite high rent prices. So I would expect at least my windows, heater, AC, and laundry work properly and insulate my apartment properly.

Scott, property manager, is an absolute delight. This is our first apartment weve rented in LA and boy did we get lucky. Super cute neighborhood next to real good restaurants. Cant recommend this place enough.

Scott and Nelson are the best managing staff you could ask for! We lived at Pacific Rose for a little over a year and have yet to find another property manager as attentive and helpful as Scott. Nelson the service supervisor helped us with all our maintenance requests no matter how big or small was always there within the hour to assist us with a smile! Such genuinely nice people at pacific rose I can’t recommend living here enough.

Unfortuantely, due to the apartment layouts, we are unable to accommodate AC Units in Living Areas. We do have brand new AC Wall Units cut into each bedroom, and we provide a ceiling fan above the dining area. However, we are unable to cut AC units or permit window units in the living/dining areas due to layout.

Electric and gas are individually metered and set-up/paid to the respective utility company directly by the resident. Water/Sewage/Trash is not individually metered, occupancy-based billing by Minol USA (you will receive a separate billing statement from Minol USA for Water/Sewage/Trash, however, you will pay Pacific Rose (in addition to monthly rent). Should you elect for cable and/or internet, current providers are AT&T or Spectrum and those costs are incurred by the resident.
Every apartment home in our community includes one (1) single reserved gated parking space. Secondary parking is available on Rose Avenue (no permit required).
