An absolutely disgusting, cockroach infested, crackhouse. If you enjoy a poorly maintained apartment complex with bedbugs, roaches, crazy neighbors, and a HIGHLY unsafe, tasteless neighborhood then The Asbury is for you! This was the WORST experience my partner and I have ever had. Thank god for the lack of management response because it was the only reason we were able to legally get out of our lease as quickly as I did. Do not think that because time has passed that the reviews mentioning horrible things might have been solved, they have not. The "good deal" is NOT worth it, especially in this part of town. Take your money somewhere much nicer and do yourself a favor and look into the complex and talk to neighbors before signing a lease at the Asbury.
