In reality the rating of the complex would be more on the poor to fair side.., but for the area its actually quite ahead in quality and safety due to fact that it is gated. It's at least a place to be that somewhat keeps the surrounding area at bay. For low income families the establishment does the community a shred of good. There is a playground in the courtyard, on site laundry and small amenities within the structure. The apartments themselves are typically four floor townhouse style units. Yes. Four. Three flights of stairs are typical so exercise is included. Like I stated already even though there are many other issues with the quality of life here it is a beacon for the community shining a glimmer of light in an otherwise dark neighborhood.
