Do you like living in a never ending construction zone? Going on 8 months now...yay! Then this is the place for you! Get ready for workers setting off the fire alarm, water constantly being shut off and pool? - also no... but don't worry the "owners" take care of their tenants for making them live in unsafe living conditions - just kidding they don't. If you are looking for a place that cares, then look further..I mean a lot further. Here are some pictures if you are curious of the beauty we are all forced to live in.

How do I request maintenance?

We fix most issues quickly by using our own skilled in-house maintenance team. Maintenance requests can be made in a number of ways. Most residents seem to prefer making requests online, through the Resident Portal on our website, where you can request and track all requests. You can also call, text, or email the building manager and they will be happy to create your service request for you!

Can I book a tour?

We generally reserve on-site tours for when we have vacancies either ready or almost ready to rent. Please check our website for vacancies. We have a convenient self-scheduler for tours wherein you can independently select any time that works for you and then meet our manager there on-site. And, of course, you’re always more than welcome to call or email, any time. You can also see our property any time with 3D tours, photos, and even a video of the property on our property website.

We accept online payments, both manually and automatically, through our Resident Portal website. Residents can pay using any of ACH, Debit Card, or Credit Cards. We also accept rent payments in any of: Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check.

There is electric car charging available right at the building, in assigned resident-only parking spots. While availability permits, we would be happy to assign you one of these spots.
