I lived in this place for one year. beautiful building, cozy apartments, especially would like to express gratitude to Morgan, this is the best manager that can be. Throughout the year, she helped me with all the issues, dealt with them quickly and was very kind and friendly.

Total scam. I’ve been a homeowner for years, I am a high earner with an excellent credit score. I paid the (non-refundable) application fee for my wife and myself figuring that acceptance would be a sure thing. I got an email an hour later saying that my “rental history does not meet property guidelines”. They are either consciously ripping people off or are completely incompetent. The prevalence of 5 star and 1 star reviews is pretty telling…

Moved in from out of state 6 months ago and I can only say positive things about my home and the staff! Wendy, Morgan, and Trea have been extremely helpful since day one! They made my out if state move smooth and easy and deserve all the recognition as well as their maintenance team! I moved in to a ready apartment and had absolutely no complaints! If you’re looking for a place to call home this is it !

It's been about a year since moving in and so far so good. Building is fairly well maintained and repairs (both internal and external) are speedy. Staff is always responsive and helpful (note: they even have a 24/7 emergency maintenance line). First time living in DTLA and I'm quite happy that I ended up here at Olympic. My housemate and I searched extensively for a suitable apartment complex in downtown and this place definitely ranked top 3 overall (quality / price / location).
