I move here 4 months ago and it's amazing. The staff is always there for any problem. My apartment is the best I got in my life. Everything works perfectly and is new. The swimming pool is 20 m if you swim in the diagonal and it's perfect to do my 50 laps every morning. Warm and salty water, what else do you need?

I have been living here at Sentral since 2018 and have enjoyed you experience and the staff. There has been changes and with change comes challenges but the end result is always pleasant. The location is so convenient for walking to restaurants, bars and shops and perfect for those with dogs like myself. The events hosted by Sentral are so appreciated and great way to connect with your neighbors. Can’t forget to mention two roof tops with awesome views🙌🏾🙌🏾.

very poor. the change over of management , lost packages. initially having guest parking when signing the lease … just for it to be later removed. my next door neighbor is a permanent airBnB location. so all i have is strangers coming in and out. honestly one of my worst years living here in dtla. the only bright side of this building is the cleanliness on my floor. the workers are doing a great job cleaning up after everyone around the common areas. but overall i’m highly disappointed.

I’ve been at the Griffin for about 3 months and I must say that Ray, Keyera, Zoe, Jose and Luis have been nothing but AMAZING, from assisting me with my move in to taking care of any maintenance issues in a timely fashion. I’m happy that I made the right decision to move into this property. I’m huge on customer service and it’s everything I’ve expected. They exceed all my expectations. I would love to bring them to my property to work at. I’m very pleased and happy with my new living space. Thank you Guys!
