The linoleum has been coming undone since the first day she moved in. There's like a foot wide sunken hole in the middle of the kitchen. She got a 3-day notice for loud noise being heard in the apartment downstairs. Management didn't want to hear that the floor and sub flooring need replacement. Now the whole linoleum floor needs replacement! Let see how long it takes before they fix it?

Property ha been register to a 9th and Grand LLP since 1999. Diana Rogers claimed to be owner along with Zoe. until she was transferred due to tenant discrimination and harassment and black listed all over instagram during the BLM movement. now its being run by Zoe an her sister no manager since Diana left. from deepgreen property management due to black listing switched name to Vista West same people in office.
rent checks are made out to "9Th and Grand LLP". have been since 2000. it has been managed by Vista West management Aka Deepgreen management co. since 2010 more or less. a dump since then.
They do but you must wait years to qualify or know someone in management to get in. bare in mind these people who run property don't do repairs and when you complain they retaliate. it hurts them to spend money on repairs. many section 8 move in then out when they see they can do better.
