We’ve been residents for over a year now and we love staying at Broadcast Center Apartments because of its great location and reliable maintenance team. Special mention to Hector who handled all our maintenance request with great 5-star service quality. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable and most of all very polite.

Do not live here!!! All the five star reviews are written for incentive. First of all my boyfriend and I are younger in our mid 20’s living in an LA apartment in Hollywood playing our music even slightly loud gets us an immediate noise complaint. Neighbors are very noisy and are constantly calling security on us. Keep in mind if you are young many older people live here, that seem to have a problem with everything you do. Walls are paper thin. Elevator has been broken for months. Mold everywhere. Not to mention the rudeness of the front desk staff. And don’t even get me started on the “secure” package room I’ve had many packages stolen and when asking staff get ignored or brushed off. Floors are paper thin and if you like to go out be careful of the older people calling security for no reason. If your dog barks once or you smoke on the balcony or they even smell anything and I’m not talking 40’s I’m talking like 70. If you want a good place to live check out the other apartment complexes my friend lives at a place only a minute walk from me and she loves it never had any complaints.

It’s only been 2 weeks and so far I’m happy with the location. I’ve got kiddos who love going to the park and the grove for lunch. I love the convenience to work and schools. Still settling in and waiting on a few things like the mail key and electric charging access could have used them the first day or two of moving-in. But not angry about it. Secured parking structure seems safe at all hours. Maintenance is great, had a couple of people enter my unit without my knowing (that was frustrating) but appreciated they handled quickly. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean common areas. Hallways are super clean. Trash shoots quickly become a problem and is cleaned up just as quickly. Very impressed with cleanliness and community. Fairly quiet in my corner other than the mornings with nearby businesses serving as my alarm. It’s kind of nice hearing the world wake up (lived in NY so nothing tops it). Overall first impressions are rated grade A+. Erik at leasing office is really great. Made the transition really smooth.

We have lived here for 1 year and we really love this apartment and the community. It´s always clean and nice and staff is super. We have a large patio and it is like an extra room for us. The amenities like the pool, gym and the bbq area is always clean. The garage feels safe and we have an extra storage place that is very affordable. It is a safe and nice area to live in.
