I dropped off my Toyota hatchback today with metal-on-metal brakes, crying out for attention. Ben was there manning the ship, short-staffed, and had an awesome attitude and was very knowledgeable. Pep Boys is lucky to have good people like him in this day and age and I hope they know that. Oh, and the price felt fair, so good on you also Pep Boys corporate.

My husband brought our car here in the middle of July for there being a loud buzzing while driving. They put a clamp on our exhaust pipe, charged us $98, and told us it was as fixed. Well the noise was still there. We took it back and said it wasn’t fixed and they told us it was a bad wheel bearings and charged us $38 just to determine that. Turned out only 1 wheel bearing was bad and thankfully I got it fixed elsewhere. Well today less than two months later the exhaust pipe where they “fixed” it with the clamp is now dangling below my car
