I came here for my 150000 maintenance check on my Rav4. Joe was very nice and friendly. They replaced the cabin air filter, engine filter and did a coolant flush. I told them about an oil leak and asked them to check it. They told me they specialize in Ford and Chevy and do not feel comfortable taking apart my engine. They referred me to a dealership. When I left, my check engine dashboard lights were on. At that point, I didn’t want to bring it back to them for obvious reasons. Took it to the dealership this morning, the guy opened the hood and saw the air hose sticking out from when they replaced the air filter. A 10 second look would have absolved this carelessness. I am disappointed and frustrated.

I noticed my tire pressure was really low and didn't want to have to find/use one of those quarter operated machines. Joe stopped what he was doing to put air in all of my tires for free! He made sure to point out a tire that is balding, but didn't pressure me into buying anything. Nor did he try to convince me I needed something I didn't. He was super kind and professional.
