Always dirty, plates and dumbbells all over the place. It's right next to my house and I'll drive 20 minutes away to go to a cleaner location (west orange) most of the time. But it does have 4 squat racks and 4 benches and 2 smith machines so... That's good.

The monthly fee depends on the promotion they have the day you go. For example, I pay 37 and I can bring a companion if you want, and you can go to any place other than the one you signed up for. Pay a little more...sometimes there is someone who speaks Spanish
Yes! Orientation last week said they watch your kids for 2 hr while you go work out, if I remember correctly.
