My father in law lives here in my husband's house but yet my husband and I are not allowed in the neighborhood because we surrendered our house in another neighborhood owned by the same people... I visit alot tho and dumpster dive there. I always find good stuff too!

Prettty calm and private area.Perfect for people that like quiet places.Friendly neighbors. I only have one complain and its that this lady is walking her big dogs and lets let POOP everywhere in front of the property and doesn't pick it up! Isn't that illegal?

I live here and its quiet clean friendly neighbors. Nice homey feel here and I absolutely love it!!! This is perfect for families with children. My kids made friends quick here. Come here everyone if you desire a nice safe place to live for a while!

live here for ten plus years. not a bad place if they stick to the rule of owner trailer insted of rental. but the renters come and go. true on the golfcart. get picked on for.small.things but others do wat they want.
