I wanted to rent a mobile home from this community but they were all filled up, the lady i was applying with said i will be on a waitlist but people who put a deposit down of a minimum of $400 will be top priority. So after a month I did receive calls and showings of units but they were all run down and filled with roaches one of the units they told me I had to buy my own A/C. So I then realized all these mobile homes will be the same run down units and decided I didn't want to live there anymore, so I asked for my deposit back. The lady told me i had to wright a letter to the main office on why i want MY deposit back. After a month went by I received this letter saying “I forfeited the hold deposit as I did not comply with the terms of the agreement” This place is a big scam!!! DO NOT PUT A HOLD DEPOSIT ON ANY UNITS THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK!

CON ARTIST BAD LANDLOARD 04/26/2022 I was scheduled at 4pm to fill out an application. When I arrived at 4pm there was another person in the office being helped and I was asked to wait outside. I waited almost 45 minutes before I was helped. Than I spend almost another hour filling out the application just to find out that they wanted additional information that they did not tell me in advance that I needed. But the real kicker is that there is a $70 per adult application fee. Now they will not tell you the rent or of there are units available until you pay the application fee. This is as far as I can tell a scam to grab application fees I DOUGHT THEY EVEN HAVE UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RENT.

overpriced and management is downright horrible be lucky if they fix something that breaks down I don't recommend ever renting here and also they can't seem to keep managers around in the leasing office so if looking for a place to rent also they overcharge on the rent so don't rent here

Stop giving false hope to men and women with felony backgrounds. Stop taking advantage of poor, desperate families with children. You're taking people's money, but you don't have the heart to even provide them something clean and well maintained? You're making babies and children live in squalor. I pray to God Almighty that places like this will be shut down and replaced with something much lovelier and affordable to give hard working people a chance at a better life. This is written to the owner of this property and Camelot and all the other 11 or so properties where you exploit poor people. One day you'll regret what you've done to these families and you WILL reap what you've sown; misery, disappointment and despair.
