Def fit is more like family than just a gym. The trainers are some of the best in Sarasota. There is literally a class or personal trainer that matches any skill level, age, or workout preference. Some of my faves are Dave and Chase. Check them out!

Hi Deanna. It’s $15 drop in rate or 5 classes for $65, 10 for $120.
No, as of now we do not allow members to workout without a trainer
