The staff was all pleasant and professional, showing they were concerned about our issue. The facility was clean and plenty of room to be socially distant. We had to wait for our appointment, but that’s always the case, no matter where you go, and they made it easy to know when to come in. Would definitely go here again (esp instead of Valley Medical which is TERRIBLE!)

Everyone at Indigo was great. From the phone call. To entering the building. To being checked in. To being taken back. To being seen by the doctor. (Even when they had a medical emergency happening next door, they checked in on me.) And even when leaving they were genuine. Everyone was helpful and kind. Considerate and respectful. Even the x-ray tech. Doc even called me immediately about test results coming in, before I left the parking lot to go to the next medical center. I never felt rushed and felt like I was important and not just a number. Even telling me to call them with questions and concerns. Only 2nd urgent care I've been to that was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Indigo in Covington.

6 year old was seen by ARNP Wing N Yu Temperature checked by MA showed temp is 97.9F I did Mention staff that 6 year old been running high temp from 4 days and showed staff temp on personal thermometer and response was back your personal thermometer might not working no effort was taken to check temp again. Very poor service was received. Then I took 6 year old to Covington ED temp was 101.4F then ED staff took care of her did all lab work and all required test was done. Discharge temp was 100.1F

We offer a number of on-site lab tests, including strep, UTI, flu test and TB tests. We also send out more complex tests to other labs. If you have a question about a certain test or screening, don't hesitate to give us a call!

If you don’t have insurance, Indigo Urgent Care charges a flat fee of $175. This fee will cover: - An exam evaluation with a medical provider. - In-clinic lab testing for strep throat, flu tests, UTI, pregnancy (immediate result tests only) X-rays. - Medication given during the visit. Your provider may also suggest additional detailed lab testing or other treatments that will not be covered by the flat fee. But, they will discuss the price and options with you before moving forward with any services.
Indigo offers digital x-ray. This is still one of the most common imaging tools and is used to confirm or rule out minor injuries or illnesses, including fractures and pneumonia.
