Two days in a row, two different projects, don't have materials in stock. Quantities showing available on line not even close to what is actually on the floor. This is most of my experiences with this location. Don't forget that the online isle/bay locator isn't even close to accurate for half the store.

I got a lot of excellent help from Dylan and Sabrina (front desk), Jarom (?), And Karen (paint). Sabrina spent over 10 minutes helping me track down a lawn mower, and two of her co-workers pitched in at the end as well. Jarom was super knowledgeable and helpful about Ryobi products and batteries, as well as ground cover questions. Karen was very helpful knowledgeable and the paint section, and put my novice fears to ease. Clearly everyone working today new their stuff, and were super kind, play, and helpful.

I usually go to rent work equipment, many of the times it is in very bad condition but they know it, we as clients do not know until we make use of it, so it is important even if they review it also before taking them out of the store or upload it to the truck check them, today for example rent a simple trailer, usually due to bad experiences in this store with the team, check the trailer, the man who attended me just installed the safety hooks and left, I of course made sure That hooks, ramp and more were well, but my surprise was that the lights did not work, I immediately went to warn and the person who was there only said, yes he knew it did not work, and so rented it, luckily I checked and I took a police ticket or an accident, I hope someone takes responsibility in this department. It is unfortunate that they, knowing that this trailer does not work, continue to rent, annex photo for future rentals ... I have and another thing I have to refer days to get the money back from the cancellation when they are the ones with the problem. very bad reputation!

Waited 12 mins for some help. No one around. Shelf was empty of what I needed. But over stock was on top shelf. And home Depot app said it was in stock. Went to look for someone, found 4 employees just chatting it up. Went another row over grabbed an employee only movable stair. Took it past the 4 employees made eye contact with them no one said anything. Then grabbed the item I needed which was under other items in boxes. And the whole time the door greeter was watching me. This was at 12:30 on Friday. Parking lot was half empty and check lines where empty so not busy at all.
