I have gone here quite a few times with my kids since their normal primary care doctor will not see them if they have any single symptom that relates to Covid. Obviously I keep coming back because I’ve felt like they always take good care of my children. But this last visit solidified it for me. They truely exceeded all my expectations. My daughter is 2 and has had a tough time with reactive airway disease (which is basically asthma but she can’t be diagnosed with asthma at her age) for almost a year now. My daughter tested positive for Covid the beginning of July but had a lingering cough that was concerning and then developed a fever so I took her in. They got all her vitals and then the X-ray tech came in to take us to take so X-rays. however I also had my 3 year old son with me who couldn’t go into the X-ray room with me. As we were trying to figure out what to do a nurse who had just grabbed her purse and was getting ready to leave stopped and asked my son if he wanted to go pick out some stickers with her. When I came back from the X-ray room she was in the exam room with my son coloring on the exam table paper with him. My son had a huge smile on his face as he showed me all his stickers and the coloring they did: The fact that she was on her way out and stayed to help me with my son was the sweetest thing ever. My daughter saw Dr Mehta. Who was very attentive and kind and made my daughter feel very comfortable. The next day after seeing him he even called HIMSELF to check on her. This blew my mind. I’ve worked with so many Providers in a primary care setting who only see maybe 20 patients a day who wouldn’t call patients themselves to check in on them. Normally they would have a RN do this task and have them relay the message back to them. So the fact that an urgent care provider who probably sees well over 20 patients a day took the time to call and check on her himself just made us feel like we were truely cared about. Thank you to all the wonderful staff from beginning to end. We had a great experience.

Gave my 2 year old who was struggling to breathe a 5 minute nebulizer treatment and an X-ray, released him still wheezing as bad as before the treatment. Chose to go to children’s hospital as soon as they discharged us where he was actually treated and cared for, for over 5 hours. Valley urgent care could not have cared less.

What good is an urgent care center if it closes randomly? This was closed at least before 4pm, if it even opened at all. This is the 2nd time they were closed unexpectedly out of my 3 recent visit attempts. This time, the location in Maple Valley is also closed. Ridiculous.

I have been using this urgent care for about 14 years for various reasons. Chronic migraines being one of them. I would frequently come in for a toradol shot as it's not a narcotic, and worked better than tylenol or aleve. The last few times I've been in, twice I had Dr. Mehta. He refused to give me the shot because I'm allergic to ibuprofen. I told him I've had the shot from this clinic multiple times in the past, pull up the record. He looks in the computer, lies to my face, and says theres no record of that and sent me away. I was there twice in that same week because that migraine lasted 8 days. The second time I went in, I was hoping for a different provider. Nope, Dr. Mehta again. Again told no shot. Wound up at my primary care dr for the shot. Most recently, went back to the UC for another migraine on 2/25/21. I saw Gurvinder Dhillon, ARNP. She was completely worthless. Told me I couldn't have the shot because I was taking the same medications I have been taking for years, and it might cause a reaction. Literally, the same medications every other time they have given me the shot at that clinic, and it might cause a reaction. I said, so you aren't going to do anything for the pain. She said no, just keep doing what you're doing. If that was working, I wouldn't have wasted my time going there in the first place. I got billed 102.59 for them to check vitals and tell me to keep taking tylenol. She was completely worthless. Wound up going back to my primary care dr for the shot. And here I sit with another migraine. I'll tell you what... I'd rather risk dying of a brain aneurysm than to go back there and ask them for help for my migraine. What a joke. 4 stars given because they are wonderful in every other area like acute injury, illness, asthma issues. Dr. Nijjar is absolutely amazing. If you need a PCP, and he's accepting new patients, I highly recommend him. Awesome bedside manner.

They always have urgent care walk-in & you can even skip the line by going online and inputting your info & they will let you know how long until they see you and will even send you an sms or call to let you know 15 min before you need to be there. Mycharts online lets you send messages back and forth with your provider Doctor or a nurse for any questions you have 24/7. They have even gotten back to me on the weekends before. I'm not sure who Dr. Busch is, but I'm sure they could help you if you went to Urgent Care. I'm not sure if this answers your questions but I hope it does.
Usually half an hour to an hour.
You can make an appointment online, yes. But you need to be there to check in though. Hope that helps
