Wait times for appointments is ridiculous. After 45 minutes of waiting, they picked up the phone and hung up right away.

10 am appt. for a blood draw. Left at 10:45 after watching everyone else around me come in and get called. At 10:37 I said something to front desk and she replied, "they'll be right out to get you" Right now...8 minutes? Not the same thing

Hold times are ridiculous, twice I’ve made a phone appointment and both times they never called me I had to sit on hold for over an hour to get through to someone. When you have work to go to, there’s no time to sit on hold for that long just to make an appointment. They recently updated their phone systems and it’s gotten so much worse since then.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this place!!! Currently pregnant and have not been seen in MONTHS because they keep cancelling my appointments 20 minutes BEFORE the appointment, can NEVER get thru to someone to reschedule and then was told because too many appointments THEY CANCELLED have been rescheduled they no longer want to continue services with me!!! I will NEVER return to ANY Healthpoint after the experience I've had with this place!!!

She might be able to see an actual psychology Dr at valley cities counseling add possibly get help with a scholarship.. healthpoint Drs are horrible! If you have more than 1 issue that needs looking after you have to make separate appts for each, as they will only consider one each time! They give you meds with side effects them ignore reports about how those side effects effect you!!! And behavioral therapists aren't psychologists, they function more on stopping smoking or eating etc, things that are behaviors, bipolar isn't a behavior thing it's a psychological issue... You wouldn't go to the gyno for a heart condition, why go to a non Dr for a psych eval? Js... Only reason healthpoint is ok is because they offer services others don't, like behavioral, acupuncture, dental and such but still gotta go see specialists stuff they don't have, like psychological, xrays, colonoscopy, etc.. Idk about sound health, but i know valley cities counseling has no pay ways, income based, 4services
You need to call for appts
