We always stop when we are riding by so my husband can get pepperoni. It's the best! The employees are always so friendly here. They are very knowledgeable and are eager to answer questions or assist.

Service was extremely friendly! Came in for a nice roast and left with a roast and several pounds of jerky and meat sticks. I am so glad this place survived Covid, their selections of meats are unlike anywhere else local. Elk, Buffalo, deer, rabbit, have had gator and kangaroo over the years. This place is one of a kind.

I've purchased at least 10 "prime" rib roast over the 22 years I have been making a pilgrimage to Green Valley meats for my families Christmas dinner. The other years I didn't? Let's just say the meals were good/okay and always smoked to near perfection. But there has been no comparisons to the quality I am accustomed to getting at GVM. This year was no different except this was on a whole new level of awesomeness.....OMG. I knew when I was cutting it off the bone and trimming it out that this particular piece was special. The color was deep and the marble so well distributed. 14.41lbs of perfection with soft mesquite smoke, wet rub and dry aged a bit, it literally melted in the mouth after cooking. Thank you too the cow and to the process of getting this piece to my families table. Can't wait till next time. Best for 2022! William By Design

We just got in a couple 6 peice goats, they are sold as a whole goat, as is, for 6.99 per pound. They are frozen and about 40 pounds each.
We do carry beef and veal liver. Both are kept frozen.

We ask all of our customers to wear masks. Our staff wears masks, we provide hand sanitizer at the front door and by our registers, and try limit the number of people in our store at one time. We also offer curbside pickup if you place an order over the phone and do not want to come in.
The meats in our case are cut every 1-2 days, including the vacuum packed meats. The typical shelf life is to be used or frozen within about 4-5 days after purchase.
Those items should have a sell by date, however if they do not for any reason you should use or freeze within 14 days
Our whole chickens are not certified organic, but all of our meat is all natural, no hormones, antibiotics, or dyes.
Please give Green River a call. They are one of the best meat suppliers in south King County. Incredible beef jerky and elk jerky. As far a quantity purchases go you we need to talk with the owner. I don't think you can get better quality meat anywhere in South King county. That's why I like Green River meats! Sorry I couldn't be more help.
