I had a Doordash order to pick up at this location and they are never open, I had 2 orders last week at times that would seem normal for a Jack In the Box restaurant, but when I arrived they have a barricade sign blocking the drive thru and no one ever answers the phone. today as I'm writing this review this store cost me $12.50. I accepted a $25 order but since no one is here I lose half my pay.

I went here twice, and each time I ordered the loaded curly fries. Always asked for no ranch because I can't have it. They keep putting it on, even if you see them put "no ranch sauce" on the ticket. So far I've wasted $14 approximately because they keep screwing up my order. If you have a custom order or an allergy, just don't go here. They don't care about dietary restrictions or severe allergies.

Just picked-up one of their new cheddar-loaded cheeseburgers. That thing must have been hanging out under the heat lamp for at the very least half an hour. The bread was hard, the patty was like leather, and the veggies were cooked. I assume it was an abandoned order, because she asked if I wanted bacon on it, I said no; but when I unwrapped the burger there was a piece of bacon still stuck to the cheese, like they had pulled off the bacon from a long ago ordered burger. I understand that they may be short staffed right now, but that is no excuse for giving me an old, crusty burger. I will never, ever order from them again, and I suggest anyone with taste does the same. I would like to add that this used to be my go-to burger joint. Sad, just so sad.*

Well… first of all, I got a moldy cherry tomato… Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to. She had trouble understanding what I wanted to order. She didn’t catch I said a large #4. Gave me a small. Have attitude when I told her I ordered a large. She just shrugged her shoulder. So I asked can I pay for the upgrade? Got upset about that. Obviously annoyed. Gave me the wrong drink. Didn’t give me a straw. Tried to charge me for 2 salads. She asked if I wanted any sauce I said extra ranch for the salad she said okay handed me my bag with no extra dressing. I’m so upset I chose jack in the box over my normal Taco Bell. Never again going to that jack in the box store front ever again. The line was super long after I got there. Took over 10-15 minutes for the one car in front of me. Just horrible all around. This was at about 11 pm August 18th Wednesday.
