The staff was very helpful. Dropped off a front wheel to get new rubber mounted and balanced. There was a backlog of tires waiting. They got my tire mounted by the next business day. Great work!

I recommend them for sure. The employee called me while he was mounting my new tires to find out exactly how I wanted them done. He returned my old, still good tunes, so I had spares to keep on the bike. They surprised me with how cool and helpful they were both times I went this week. In seattle customer service is a thing of the past, but these guys are holding onto it. I appreciate it.

After spending what seemed like hours watching helmet reviews, I thought I had it down to 2 models. Neither ended up fitting but employee was able to provide first hand experience to recommend a model I wasn't even considering. They didn't have it in stores but did call multiple locations around the country and was even on hold for 30 minutes to make sure I got the exact size and color I wanted. Definitely went above and beyond and would definitely recommend.

I have utilized Cycle Gear for multiple jackets and helmets within the past 5 years. I love the experience every time. Everyone is chill but also extremely helpful and willing to help with whatever will set your mind at ease when purchasing new gear. Dalton at the Tacoma store was extremely helpful and wasn't overly pushy when it came to purchasing a more expensive product. I appreciate this business and will continue to come back.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
Yup, someone working there should be able to help you find a helmet that fits well.
