Park is very nice, clean and quiet. Love the pond, pool is heated and can’t wait to get into it and spend many days there. Really nice place. I love that it is so close to Siesta Key (13miles) & only (4miles) to airport!! What a fantastic location

They sux. Money hungry lady who strings u along. Beware the lady took a deposit when a friend was waiting to be approved. Then sold it rt out from under her.

This is a wonderful place to relax and while away the hours by the pool. People here are so very nice and everyone helps neighbors that need a hand. I'm so glad I found my place here! A true diamond in the rough

Own trailer, pay lot rent
No, they do not allow owners to rent their mobile homes.
You would probably need to call the manager there for that Information. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful
We are at whispering palms same owners but we pay for water, not sure on there
You DO NOT WANT TO MOVE INTO THIS PLACE AT ALL...ITS LOCATED NEXT TO A RECYCLING CENTER,,FULL OF GARBAGE AND GLASS DUST COVERS YOUR CARS DAILY,,AND YOU BREATH IT ALL DAY,CANT OPEN YOUR WINDOWS,,AND WE HAVE NO MANAGEMENT HERE FOR LAST THREE YEARS,,THEY JUST COME TO COLLECT RENT...
