Each lot has its own parking but sinfle wide drive way. There is parking by the club house mostly for visitors. You would have to ask the owners if they allow boats to park there. This is questions for Google Local Guides not the owners.

My parents own a mobile home here and i believe they are currently paying $650 per month for lot rent. I do not think they do annual rentals but the property management has changed a couple of times and this may have changed. I do know they have several mobile homes for sale right now and they are reasonably priced. Hope this helps a little. :)
