We visited for lights … price on the light (price tag) cheaper than what they quoted us, said online price is the only valid price. Pretty sure that is illegal not to mention immoral. They lacked knowledge of retail law plus zero customer service skills. Too bad we liked the lights

Be aware! To not be wary later. I gave FERGUSON two stars just because of their technician professionalism when they finally came to deliver and install my dishwasher. Of course, if the installation was done right, we are yet to see, since I don’t have the slightest clue on the subject. Unfortunately we are in this period where everything in the house seem to be breaking down. So, the dishwasher was first. We went around looking and nobody had it for fast delivery, we went into FERGUSON’s site and, surprisingly enough, they said to have almost a 100 of them for immediate delivery. It would cost us a little more than it would in other places, but I didn’t want to do dishes for a month. The store associate told us that the machine would be delivered and installed 4 days later, a Friday, in the morning. Friday’s came and went by and nothing. FERGUSON doesn’t seem to care about its reputation. THEY DIDN’T EVEN CALL to cancel the promised delivery. Our LAUNDRY broke down and no dish washer. We tried LOWES this time, after losing faith in FERGUSON, thinking they would at least be honest. But this is material for another review. We finally have the dishwasher, after a lot of hassle, but FERGUSON’s reputation is forever tarnished to us and we will forever remember to only recommend FERGUSON to our best enemies.

Very easy to purchase items but then the after sales support just falls flat on its face. You get a pre-install inspection done which seems great until every installer after says you are missing something and either it can't be installed or not installed correctly. I ordered 5 appliances and each one had to be reinstalled or is missing items. I have waited 4 weeks since their last promise to follow up and like usual nothing. So here is my last attempt at getting a response, which I hope isn't the usual "I'm swamped" response.

I ordered a composite stone sink from a well known manufacturer and it came in the wrong color, Ferguson reordered the sink and it came in cracked. They reordered the sink two more times and each time it came in cracked. To say by this time, that I was totally fed up would be an understatement, as was the salesperson. So I finally ordered a different brand of sink, not quite what I wanted but I was totally done. So this isn't a bad review for Ferguson, because they kept trying right along. The other brand sink came in perfect the first time and Ferguson stood up and did the right thing because of all the inconveniences. So if you want to find a kitchen or bathroom fixture suppy house, these are the people to see. They were also less money on the same products ,which was a bonus.
