At first I was very happy with them however, I went to return some sealer that I didn't use or need ($44.00) Apparently they sold me a damaged bottle the lid was tapped and smashed in but they said I damaged it because they don't sell damaged products. I had no idea because all I did was pick up the bottle, but it in my car and returned it. When I questioned the contractor that picked it up told me the top was pushed in. I know this is only $44.00, my point is them telling me I damaged it and I DIDN'T so this tells me that if you have a problem with anything don't count on them to stand behind their product because they don't ever make mistakes or sell damaged products. Really for customer satisfaction, what would $44.00 hurt them? Instead they falsely accused me of damaging this! No longer will do anymore business with them. I did not have the bottle over a month....and because you are saying that I damaged the product (which I didn't) you are saying that I am lying when I told you I did not damage it!! It was sold that way!!!! No way would I recommend a Business states a Customer is lying. I was happy with the project how it turned out but this totally changed my mind about you as a Business

Vinny Guglielmini patiently helped us find closely matching tiles, even though he knew we were looking to repair an area needing a only couple of tiles. If we do replace our tiles in the future, I would go back to Wholesale Tile Supply in Sarasota FL. They had a great selection and Vinny was very kind and taught us some things about tile. He even immediately identified our old tile and told us it had been discontinued. He didn’t even know, until the end of our conversation, that I had been referred there by an excellent contractor (because Vinny was so focused on helping us).

The good: This little looking shop has a surprisingly large variety of samples! They are also well priced The bad: They have the worst customer service! If you can afford to spend a little extra go somewhere else!

Just visited Sarasota Wholesale Tile Supply today—a chore I was not looking forward to. Jesse helped to make the “chore” actually enjoyable with his enthusiasm, knowledge, and patience. He was helpful and kind and took my ideas and turned them into a cohesive design. This is the only place I’ll go for tile from now on! The combination of great prices and great customer service have made me a customer for life.
