Village Green is extremely amazing. Extremely clean and intriguing to the eye. The way it is beautifully landscaped. Have a very dear friend there and is quiet as a church mouse. Beautiful pond very nice heated pool and clubhouse. Many activities and even more perks. Is highly recommended for comfortable retired living

Do not make the same mistake I did, moving here 5 years ago. The rent has gone up up up and the service is nonexistent. I moved here for a gated community and the gate has been broken for close to a year (they blame covid.) There are strange cars roaming the park at all hours of the day and night. Management is rude and arbitrary, but your rent had better be on time for your saggy bit of sand that is infested with 10 billion ants, or else. The monthly newsletter is full of whiny complaints from the manager. I'm sure she blames the residents for the fact that she hasn't been promoted to the corporate office. Oh, and all those shiny photos in the sales ads and brochures? Not here. They are from other parks. The workout room is a joke and the pool is tired and dated. You pay big bucks to maintain a rec room with all the charm of a high school gym. Keep right on looking, you'll be glad you did.

We do like living here, but be aware!! The lot rent is raised EVERY year! Been here since June of 2018 and lot rent has gone up every spring...$587 to $617 to $637. Not much at a time but just keeps climbing....

The clubhouse, amenities and park are awesome. I usually speak to Greg or Glen. They are very pleasant to work with. Check this park out and you will want to live here forever. Enjoy all the amenities, the full social calendar, the neighborly atmosphere and bus that will take you and your new friends out on day trips. This park is close to everything. Welcome home. Update: had to change 5 stars to 4. No one ever answers the phone. You could call 10 times at various times of day. It goes straight to voicemail. After reading all the concerns and negative comments, I'd suggest residents let corporate know what they want. Prospective residents should share their concerns with corporate. Again, welcome home.

What is included with lot rent ie
The lot fees vary depending upon how much your water runs each month , abou 500.00 per month . Bu don't get caught in the trap we did. we were told that our property taxes were paid. we thought we owned our property. NO. you do not. You are paying lot fees plus the fees amenities for the clubhouse and the activities which are great .Jo-An does a superb job! the lot rent pays your taxes on the ground you rent. you must every year pay the DMV because your Modular home is taxed as vehicle. If it's double wide each side is taxed fee. We pay 100.00 a year for our tag we put on the front window. Can you believe the silliness? These are just "little" things we did not know. We moved here year ago and do love it but we're novice mobile home buyers in Florida. An education But cost us. Make sure you check the home very carefull. Don't trust the inspectors provided by Village Green, we got burned. Get your own. Our home Cost us double what we paid due to hasty. Inspectors.
If your looking long term check resident owned parks. Rent here is $600 plus, grass, tv. sewer, water, trash, internet Owned park just internet . Rent $100 to $250. Beware
I do not at this time, good luck with your search 🍀
I think it's a one pet policy. $350 deposit. Must be under 30lbs.
Check their website they do have some rentals are usually about 895 a month and up
She's ur wife I doubt it but be careful living I there mtg father does and the ppl that run it are not nice. Look around and u will see how many are selling to get out. My advice keep looking
Two dogs are ok but must be leashed. Florida has a leash law. Been here almost three years and are no dog barking problems. People are good about cleansing up after their pets.
No you are billed lot fee, water (meter read monthly), sewer, trash, storm drain are all added to basic lot fee. Water and sewer are expensive.
There is many in village green for sale a few by owners you would have to go there an look around
Yes
IDK I would think that there are not too many rentals as most units are full time residents its a 55 and over community
We stayed in a similar community near by and as long as the primary resident was 55+ it was A-ok.
I don't think specific plants are policed by the neighborhood association.
Yes
No but find another place. Management is horrible and vindictive if you tick them off. Lots of nice people live there though. Lots of jerks too but you'll always have that. If you buy, get a thorough inspection with a person of your choosing.
This is a 55 and up age limit, even for renters
