If your looking long term check resident owned parks. Rent here is $600 plus, grass, tv. sewer, water, trash, internet Owned park just internet . Rent $100 to $250. Beware
Nice place, lots of activities but condo commandos. And management can't always be trusted. My advice? Rent there first. I have a friend who bought from management and the place was not in the condition advertised. If you buy, get the place inspected by an independent contractor. I've met some wonderful people there and there's a Sunday afternoon sewing group led by Susie. There's ceramics too.
Contact Nancy at the Village Green office for a tour of the Village and some available homes. If you take a drive through on your own, stop and talk to some residents you will likely see outside. Ask about utility bills, etc. Many people here are "snow birds", spending the summers up north because the symmers can be very hot and humid. But Winter is beautiful here!
Are they renting? Two years ago when I stopped by they told me they only rented as short term before your purchased one was completed and fico score 750+. We walked out gladly.
How much is it a month or the Year
