Let me start by saying I do not like working out. I’m not a fitness influencer and I’ve never gotten a runners “high” after running. I’ve been doing OTF for a few months and I oddly love it. When you sign up you fill out a questionnaire. If you look at mine from May, I said I was a 4/10 excited about achieving my fitness goals. Fast forward to now I’m all about pushing myself in every work out. I feel like a rockstar after because the workouts are so challenging. I could maybe run a mile before I started OTF and now I run at least 2.5 miles in every class. The coaches are so incredible and I wouldn’t be where I’m at without them pumping me up. I love the loud music and the new songs I hear. I highly recommend OTF. Huge thank you to the staff and the whole OTF community that has made our transition from Seattle a little more friendly.

I have been a member of Orange Theory for over five years. It’s difficult to truly explain my love for this gym. I have worked out my whole life and never found anything quite like it. It is truly addictive, I honestly need to force myself to take days off. Over the years, I have become friends with many of the front desk staff and coaches. I love how they get know everyone and know when to push you to be more and they also know when you’re recovering from an injury and offer suggestions for alternative workouts and how to speed your recovery. They are also the best cheerleaders! It’s the best one hour workout, don’t over think it, just do it, and before you know it the work out is done! It takes a handful of classes for the addiction to truly kick in, but once you get it, you’ll be hooked. And I love how the late cancel, keeps you honest. Somedays are harder then others, but when it’s over, it feels SO good! If you want a gym that will help you get fit, then this is the place. Hopefully soon we can also get back to the OTF socials, bike rides, and other fun events!

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
